Refund Policy

Gathered Edition sells digital products (watermarked PDF/EPUB editions) that are delivered immediately, so they're generally non-refundable once compiled and downloaded. That said, we want you to be happy with what you buy.

We'll refund when

• An edition failed to compile or download and we can't fix it.
• You were charged in error or charged more than once for the same item.
• The content is materially not as described.

How to request

Email hello@gatherededition.com within 14 days of purchase with your account email and order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.

After a refund

Refunded chapters/books are removed from your library, and any store credit they generated is reversed.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback — we can almost always resolve it faster directly.
